These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Selvi Cabs Tours & Travels, including cab rentals, tempo traveller, and Urbania vehicle bookings.

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via website, phone, or WhatsApp
- Booking is confirmed only after acknowledgment from our team
- Advance payment may be required to confirm booking
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is based on distance, duration, and vehicle type
- Additional charges may include toll, parking, permits, and driver allowance
- Night charges may apply where applicable
- Extra hours and kilometers will be charged additionally
- Full payment must be completed before or at the end of the trip
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing
- No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days
5. Driver & Usage Rules
- Customers must behave respectfully towards drivers
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
- Route changes must be informed in advance
6. Delay & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments.
7. Damages & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Cleaning or repair charges may apply.
8. Safety & Compliance
Passengers must follow safety guidelines and use seat belts wherever applicable.
9. Urbania / Premium Vehicle Terms
- Premium vehicles like Urbania are provided for group and comfort travel
- Passengers must not exceed seating capacity
- Damage to interiors (seats, AC, fittings) will be chargeable
- Luxury features must be used responsibly
10. Service Availability
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misuse or violation of terms.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
12. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
